So What Is The 30/60/90 Day Sales Plan?
If you have been in sales for any length of time, or if you have done any amount of research on interviewing for sales jobs, you may have already heard of the 30/60/90 day sales plan. There has been a fair amount of attention devoted to it in various forums and blogs on the internet.
Simply put, the 30/60/90 day sales plan is an action plan of what you will do as an employee in the company (where you are interviewing) in your first 90 days. It is broken down into 30 day sections.
There is nothing overly complicated about the ‘components’ of the plan. It is not hard to create one, in fact it is simple to understand how to put the plan together, even if you are just looking at an outline.
BUT what makes my plan different is that you are getting the outline, the template from a person that has developed it over years and years. I’ve tweaked the plan and improved it so that it does an unbelievably good job of getting people job offers.
